Sons of Anarchy, one of my favorite shows has just started! I was so looking forward to this episode for a year now and unfortunately I was disappointed. Basically the premiere picks up from season 2 almost as if it never ended. The story hasn’t really developed and they just want to keep you guessing. Compared to the last 2 premieres this was the worst. No excitement no questions answered… nothing! If only this was the finale then that would have made sense. I sure hope the rest of the season gets better.

Although I do recommend you to watch this show anyway, its only the start.

Being in Kuwait there is nothing better to do than to give unknown shows a chance and that exactly what I have been doing. After registering in a private torrent tracker I get access to shows that are usually not found in public torrents sites for no apparent reason. So far I watched 2 episodes of this series and it is very interesting and new.

Review: Stan Lee’s Superhumans is a documentary television series on the History channel about superhumans, people with extraordinary physical or mental abilities. The series is hosted by comic book superhero creator Stan Lee and superhuman Daniel Browning Smith. Smith is the most flexible man in the world. Each episode there are numerous superhumans. So far the series showed the Electro Man (above), Human Calculator, Radar, Strong Man, and many more. Imagine a man who can calculate math faster than a calculator. Imagine a blind man that can sense his surroundings by echoing sound. Imagine a man bending an unbendable wrench. These are the superhumans that you will see in this series.

The trials they put some of the superhumans in are predictable and should be more complex and if anything more trials. The trials that they are put in are too brief and don’t think is a measure of their full capabilities. Its an ongoing series so let’s hope it gets better from here.

Review: I just finished the season finale of Spartacus and wow what a rush I got! Never have I seen such an action packed series with an amazing finale to top it off. To start, Spartacus has been said to be a mix of 300 and Rome. That actually makes sense as apparently it is as authentic as Rome with all the sex and nudity and anything that would happen in ancient Rome, while it resembles 300 with the effects and the brutal graphic battle scenes. That being said over time you really get sick of the nudity and I started to just forward the scenes after like the second episode lol. In the beginning the story was pretty much moving along slow but all of a sudden it kicked into over-drive and goes insane. I have always said good stories are character driven and this series showed exactly how it’s done. The finale was more less like Sons of Anarchy but had obviously more blood. The plot now has endless paths to take and it would be a treat to know how the writers will go from here. Till January!

The insane amount of sex and nudity in this series really brought the rating down. I understand it is to show how authentic the show is in portraying Rome at the time but it’s too much lol. Also apparently the next season will be a prequel to this season which is a shame however I will still see it.
