First of all, this is supposed to be my March list, but I didn’t really follow it thoroughly. There are many  things I want to see… mostly older movies that I didn’t get a chance to watch before.

I tried to be realistic this time, fewer movies, fewer shows, basically something manageable and I came up with this……  Here we go:

Movies: (Crossed Items I already saw)

  • A History Of Violence (2005)
  • City of God (2002)
  • The Fountain  (2006)
  • Mystic River (2003)
  • Apocalypto (2006)
  • The Stoning of Soraya M (2008)
  • Schindler’s List (1993)
  • Saving Private Ryan (1998) – I have been delaying seeing this move for 6 years now lol
  • Mulholland Drive (2001)
  • Up in the Air (2009)
  • Zombieland (2009)
  • The Hurt Locker (2008)

TV Shows:

  • Mad Men (Season 1)
  • Breaking Bad (Season 3) – I’m just waiting for the season finale so I can watch it all in one go.
  • The Tudors (Season 4) – Finishing off the series
  • The Office (Season 1-6)

Anime:

  • I don’t watch anime ;)

Books:

  • Mystic River – I want to read it before seeing the movie

This is going to be a packed month of TV/Movies/Books, lets see if I can make it… what do you think ? I really want to see a good comedy TV series; and not the obvious ones like Friends or Seinfeld. Anything you suggest?

I saw Salem’s March list and got excited to do my own as I have many – MANY – things I want to see… My ever ending list.

After Counting/Listing them…… It basically came down to 30 movies, and 42 seasons of television, and 24 Books!!   My March list ended up being my 2010 list thus – to not make too much of it-  I am only going to choose my top picks……  Here we go:

Movies: (16 out of my 30 want to see films)

  • 2012 (2009)
  • A History Of Violence (2005)
  • Adaptation  (2002)
  • City of God (2002)
  • The Damned United (2009)
  • The Fountain  (2006)
  • The Hurt Locker (2009)
  • The Matrix Trilogy (1999-2003)-  Want to watch again
  • Mulholland Drive (2001)
  • Mystic River (2003)
  • Pear Harbor (2001) – Want to watch again
  • Saving Private Ryan (1998) – I have been delaying seeing this move for 6 years now lol
  • Up in the Air (2009)
  • Zombieland (2009)

TV Shows: (7 Seasons from total 42 seasons I want to watch)

  • Damages (Seasons 1-3) – Seen season 1, but want to watch it again
  • Mad Men (Season 1-3)
  • Men of A Certain Age (Season 1)

Anime:

  • I don’t watch anime ;)

Books:

  • Three Cups of Tea
  • A Thousand Splendid Suns
  • Worst Case

This is going to be a packed month of TV/Movies/Books, lets see if I can make it… what do you think ? Any more I should add?

I realize most of them are stuff that I should have seen way too long ago. For some reason I never got the chance but this is my line up for March and seeing that I don’t think I will be going anywhere for Spring Break, this might be a good chance to catch up. Hell I saw Fight Club last summer and Ippo last month, thats how late I am to these movies and animes!

  • A bunch of OVAs

So its just gonna be me and my PC for a while :P ! Any recommendations or “must sees” please be my guest, I am open to suggestions :) .
